Board Certified Family Nurse Practioner
Jill Rice, RN, MSN, FNP-C received her Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University, graduating with honors in 2000. She is Board-Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and has been practicing Pain Management since 2001. She also received her Post-Master’s Certificate from the University of Texas at Arlington as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Additionally, she holds an Associate of Nursing Degree from Eastern Kentucky University, as well as Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in both Biology and Psychology from Transylvania University. Throughout her career, Jill has practiced in wide range of specialties including, Spine Care, Cardiology/Telemetry, Oncology/Chemotherapy, General Medicine, Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Occupational Medicine, Interventional Pain Management, and since 2010 has been practicing with Howard M. Cohen, MD at Progressive Pain and Interventional Psychiatry. Away from the office, Jill enjoys spending time with her family, cats and dogs. She engages in various community volunteer activities.
